My Limerick

There once was a cat called mat 

He was actually very fat 

He loved to Bathe in the sun

And came back like a bun

And rolled like a big round rat

Symmetry in Kowhaiwhai

Hi my name is Kiahn

In my class Tuuhono I have been working on a piece of art called Kowhaiwhai and the story is that my Mum is a big koru and a round one that is also on my art is called in maori koiri and it is me I’m the smallest I have got 3 more siblings that are called Tahlia, Kaed and Amayah.

My design shows mathematical symmetry.  My original stencil has been reflected, reflected, and translated repeat. I spent a lot of time on my art and I love it I hope you liked hearing about it

My Cross Country

This is my experience of my cross country this year 2017 my placing was 2nd.
My highlight in my cross country was racing and the relay doing team.
I loved doing my competitive race it was challenging and really good for my training NP
on Tuesday the 12 of september I am going to the NP to do a race
My school is frankley school and I loved what they put on I kind of liked the choices but I rather just one choice.

This is my WIT I finished my wit today My task was to make a child friendly resource I choose to do my recourse to Te Kakano 1/2 and my group that I do it with was Haka Daina and Stella and Me This experience was interesting to follow and I loved working with my group My recourse was a cardboard box and it had invetebrate cards in there with a QR code on a QR code is a code that you can scan to get to the place you want to go if you want to find out about grasshoppers you make a doc or a video put the link in and there's your QR code

Despereaux

This is a photo of a chandelier.  It is for our shared novel which is called 'Despereaux'. This book is very interesting because it has a little mouse that disobeyed the mouse rules and got sent to the dungeon with the rats. A dungeon, Rat that was called Roscuro was dangling from the chandelier and slipped and lost his grip and landed in the Queens soup.

Talent show Today I am doing the auditions for the talent show at 1:15 and Ella Freya and me are doing a gymnastic routine with audience and it's going to be a little scary if we do something wrong. We are changing some moves that don't go with the routine. We think we have to have a disk drive for the song. It is: Timber and it goes with the dance because we are always going down and we are doing all handstands into the bridge and kick overs and the frog kick over. We are so stressed out because we did not know that we had auditions today. So we are practicing in the hall .Question: what dance would you do?what would you do and why would you do it?
